Funding & Organizational Support
The Drexel Fund is a nonprofit that invests in new private schools serving low-income students. We are grateful to have been approved for a start-up grant through Drexel, helping seed fund The Willows Academy as we move from vision to reality. Beyond the grant, we are also receiving support in board development and fundraising, two areas that matter deeply at this stage of our journey.
Educational & Curriculum Mentorship
Building a school well requires wisdom in dozens of areas at once. Through The Oaks Academy’s Educators Fellowship program, we have been given exactly that: practical, experienced guidance across curriculum, professional development, admissions, advancement, and the formation of a school culture rooted in mission. They are generously sharing what took them decades to learn. The Oaks Academy is an intentionally diverse Christ-centered, classical school in Indianapolis that has been shaping whole children — academically, spiritually, and emotionally — since 1998. They are exactly the kind of school we are building toward.
