Tuition FAQs

At The Willows, we aim to make a Christ-centered education affordable for all.
With our sliding-scale tuition model, each family pays a fair-share portion that works for your household.

What will tuition look like for our family?
The average family pays approximately $1,100 per year per student. Out-of-pocket tuition generally ranges from as little as $100 per year per student up to $3,000 per year per student for higher-income families, depending on household circumstances.
How is tuition kept fair and affordable?

While the full tuition for the 2026-27 school year is $10,300, most families pay only a portion of that amount. Through a combination of Indiana Choice Scholarship vouchers, SGO scholarships, and the generosity of our donors, our sliding scale ensures each family contributes a fair-share amount based on their financial situation.

How is tuition determined?

Tuition is based on a sliding scale that considers each family’s unique situation, including:

  • Annual household income
  • Household size
  • Number of students enrolling per family
  • Location of residence
Are there financial assistance options?
Yes, our tuition model is designed around Indiana Choice Scholarship vouchers, which are universally available to Indiana residents for the 2026-27 school year. These vouchers, together with SGO scholarships and our sliding scale, will help make a Willows education accessible to a wide range of families.
What information do we need to determine tuition?
To calculate an accurate tuition amount, please have either your adjusted gross income (AGI) or a recent tax return on hand.

We never want cost to be the reason a family doesn’t explore The Willows. If you’re interested, we encourage you to reach out, and we’d be happy to walk with you through the process!
